Hey all,

I'm both new to the forum and a relatively new rider...just bought a used Piaggio last year, and I got to ride it a handful of times before winter set in.  Now that spring is on its way, I'd like to get the scooter up and running.

I'm wondering who you all use for oil changes and the like.  I'm really not interested in doing my own maintenance at this time.  What professionals can you recommend?

Side note: looking forward to meeting you all this year. Smiley

Thanks,

Travis

Welcome to the forum. There are alot of great people and scoots here. Oil changes are easy as pie. I would do it if I were you. Leisure Life Sports and Dillon brothers would be happy to service your bike at a cost. I do my maintenance my self.  Be careful on your bike if you are a new rider. That is a huge bike for your first scoot adventure. Take care, Mr Woody Fox

Thanks for the advice.  I had heard of LLS but Dillon is new to me.  I might give them a call, but if their prices are unreasonable, I'm all for learning how to turn a wrench.

As for the riding, so far so good. Smiley  I'm surprised how addictive the riding experience can be...been wanting to hop on and go all winter.  This weekend might be the time.

Welcome to the forum Travis42. It's good to hear of another rider locally. Woody Fox is on the money. Simple maintenance you can do yourself (oil changes, etc.). Major stuff don't bother unless you have room and the will (engine rebuilds). Otherwise, be careful and we will see you soon on the streets!
